Both Parties Object to Recommendation of Summary Judgment Award

NEW YORK -- Both parties in a New York benzene case have filed objections to a report recommending an award of summary judgment to Ashland, with the defendant asking the court to clarify the order and the plaintiff asking for the report to be disregarded in its entirety.
