Plaintiff Files Amended Complaint Listing Defendants' States of Incorporation

OMAHA, Neb. -- A Nebraska benzene plaintiff has complied with a court order asking her to amend her complaint to include facts relating to the defendant's states of incorporation. Vondra v. Chevron, et al., No. 8:07cv85 (D. Neb.).

In an Aug. 6 response a July 17 order, Judge Joseph F. Bataillon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska requested the amended complaint, so that he could make a determination on whether the plaintiff's claims were barred by the statute of repose.
