MARSHALL, Texas -- Plaintiffs in a myelodysplastic benzene case have moved to compel production of documents from Ashland Inc., saying the company is withholding documents related to its benzene-containing products. Wilson, et al. v. Rycoline Products Inc., et al., No. 06-286 (E.D. Texas).
In the July 26 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the plaintiffs ask the court to compel the production of documents within five days.
