ST. CROIX, Virgin Islands -- A plaintiff who contends his acute meylogenous leukemia was caused by exposure to benzene-containing pesticides has asked the U.S. District Court for the District of St. Croix to reconsider its order transferring the case to Kentucky. Anderson v. Dow Chemical, et al., No. 06-CV-0117 (D. Virgin Islands).

However, in a June 30 response, the defendants who had originally sought the transfer supported the decision, calling it "eminently reasonable."
