ORANGE, Texas -- A Texas court overseeing a multi-plaintiff benzene action has taken a motion to sever and stay one of the plaintiff's claims under advisement while it waits for a decision from a California court on whether the defendants in the case violated a court order when they asked the Texas court for summary judgment awards on statute of limitations grounds.
