Recommendations on Expert Disclosure Motion Expected Soon

NEW YORK -- A magistrate judge has indicated her intent to issue a report soon on her recommendation as to a benzene plaintiff's sanctions motion, in which the plaintiff accuses Ashland Inc. of offering expert disclosures that are false.
