NEW YORK -- A magistrate judge has indicated her intent to issue a report soon on her recommendation as to a benzene plaintiff's sanctions motion, in which the plaintiff accuses Ashland Inc. of offering expert disclosures that are false. Nelson, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 05-10364 (S.D. N.Y.).
