Plaintiff Files Brief in Appeal of Reversed $2 Million Non-Hodgkin's Verdict

JACKSON, Miss. -- A benzene plaintiff contends that the reversal of his $2 million verdict was erroneous because the court had a prior opportunity to exclude the testimony on which it based its reversal and declined to do so.
