Defendants File Brief Supporting Application of Parker to Gasoline Case

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Defendants in a benzene lawsuit have filed a brief supporting their appeal of a trial court order that allowed expert testimony proffered by the plaintiff that the defendants say is inadmissible. Nawrocki v. The Coastal Corp., et al., No. CA 06-02187 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 4th Jud. Dept.).

Sources told HarrisMartin that oral arguments in the appeal are expected to take place in October in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
