WILMINGTON, Del. -- Defendants involved in the Delaware benzene litigation have opposed a plaintiff motion for an admissibility hearing in trace benzene cases, saying that the plaintiffs have failed to produce a single expert and that the court cannot hold a hearing on "non-existent" expert opinion or testimony. In re: Benzene Litigation, No. 06C-BEN-1 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
