NEW ORLEANS -- A plaintiff whose case was dismissed after a Louisiana court rejected his general causation evidence has asked the 5th Circuit to review the decision, according to a notice of appeal. Leblanc, et al. v. Chevron USA Inc., et al., No. 05-5485 (E.D. La.).
