Judge Grants Motion to Add Defendant Previously Dismissed from Lawsuit

PHOENIX - After receiving supplemental briefing on whether the addition of Canyon State Oil as a defendant in an Arizona benzene action was proper, the judge overseeing the case has granted the motion to amend, finding that joinder of Canyon Oil will not prejudice the other defendants.
