SEATTLE -- General Electric has opposed a benzene plaintiff's requests for production, calling them vague and ambiguous for their failure to specify time periods, products or work places. Pilling v. General Electric Co., et al., No. 06-1614 (W.D. Wash.).

In General Electric's June 15 response to the plaintiff's first interrogatories and requests for production, the company claims that "each and every discovery request ... are overbroad, harassing, burdensome and oppressive."
