ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A New York court has struck a benzene plaintiff's appellate brief, determining that the document, filed in response to a medical causation appeal brought by defendants, was untimely. Nawrocki v. The Coastal Corp., et al., No. CA 06-02187 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 4th Jud. Dept.).
