WILMINGTON, Del. -- The judge overseeing the coordinated Delaware benzene docket has ordered a stay in all cases but those that are scheduled in the November trial slot, sources told HarrisMartin. In re: Benzene Litigation, No. 06C-BEN-1 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).
Commissioner David A. White of the Delaware Superior Court for New Castle County issued the oral order from the bench at a May 17 hearing, asking that the cases scheduled for Jan. 2008 trials go to mediation within 30 days of the order.
