WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The plaintiff in an Alabama benzene case has filed a brief supporting her petition for writ of certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that the petition is properly before the court because courts previously overseeing the matter were presented with the due process question. Cline v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 06-1329 (U.S. Sup. Ct.).
