Defendants File Appeal Brief in Gas Exposure Case, Cite Parker Decision

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Defendants in a gasoline exposure lawsuit have filed a brief in a New York appellate court contesting a decision to deny in limine motions to strike medical causation testimony. Nawrocki v. The Coastal Corp., et al., No. CA 06-02187 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 4th Jud. Dept.).
In the April 6 brief filed in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division in the New York Supreme Court, the defendants urge the court to apply quantification standards recently adopted by the state's highest court.
