SEATTLE -- A former Boeing employee has voluntarily dismissed two defendants from his benzene lawsuit with prejudice. Smith v. 3M Co., et al., No. 06-2-10994-5 KNT (Wash. Super. Ct., King Cty.).
In a March 16 order, Judge Mary Yu of the Washington Superior Court for King County granted a stipulation made by LaVern Smith dismissed the claims as asserted against PRC-DeSoto International Inc. with prejudice. Still pending is a March 15 motion made by Smith to dismiss Crown Metro Specialty Products Inc., with prejudice as well.
