DALLAS - A benzene complaint has been filed on behalf of a former U.S. Air Force base worker, whose death was allegedly caused by exposure to benzene-containing jet fuel. Larsen-Anstine, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 07-290 (N.D. Texas).

The Feb. 13 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas additionally alleges that the defendants conspired with one another to withhold scientific information indicating the dangers of benzene.
