Texas Court Enters Discovery Order in Ariz. Couple's Benzene Claims

TYLER, Texas -- A Texas federal court overseeing an acute myelogenous leukemia benzene case has entered an amended discovery order asking the parties to provide additional disclosures, including copies of all documents and a complete computation of any potential category of damages within 45 days of an upcoming scheduling conference. Overson, et al. v. Berryman Products, et al., No. 06-114 (E.D. Texas).

The amended discovery order filed Oct. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas additionally asks the parties to disclose all medical records and bills related to the injuries.
