SEATTLE -- A Washington federal court has scheduled deadlines for discovery and dispositive motions based on a joint status report filed earlier by the parties involved in a refinery worker's benzene lawsuit. Darmanin, et al. v ConocoPhillips Co., et al., No. 06-1429 (W.D. Wash.).
In a Dec. 6 order, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington gave the plaintiffs until March 5, 2007 to add additional parties to the lawsuit and asked that a final amended complaint be filed before Aug. 29, 2007.
