BALTIMORE -- A proposed case management order detailing discovery deadlines and disclosures is before a Maryland state court, but has yet to be entered, sources told HarrisMartin. Jenkins v. The Brooklyn/Progressive Auto Paint Group, et al., No. 24-C-06-005666 (Md. Cir. Ct., Baltimore City).
The CMO was proposed by parties involved in an auto repair mechanic and painter's benzene case pending in the Maryland Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
