OCALA, Fla. -- Plaintiffs in a pair of benzene lawsuits filed in Florida state court continue to seek production of documents from the rubber plant where they contend benzene exposure occurred, sources told HarrisMartin. Irby, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 02-812-CA-K (Fla. 4th Jud. Cir. Ct., Marion Cty.).; Dorman, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 02-812-CA-K (Fla. 4th Jud. Cir. Ct., Marion Cty.).
The plaintiffs have been trying to get documents for four years from their former employer, sources said.
