ANGLETON, Texas -- A Texas plaintiff has nonsuited what was alleged to be a premises owner of the property on which benzene exposure occurred, sources told HarrisMartin. Lyle, et al. v. Radiatory Specialty Co., et al.,No. 36672 (Texas 239th Jud. Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
On July 3, the 239th Judicial District Court for Brazoria County signed an order nonsuiting Merichem Chemicals without prejudice, rendering Merichem's June 1 motion for summary judgment moot.
