LOS ANGELES -- WD-40 has filed a case management statement saying that it plans to file summary judgment motions in a lawsuit in which the plaintiffs allege workplace exposure to benzene. Hoover v. Aervoe Industries Inc., et al., No. BC338906 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
In a Feb. 14 statement filed in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, the defendant requested a jury trial and said the trial should take no more than four weeks.
