Court Orders Defendants to Specify Product Identification Discrepancies

LOS ANGELES -- A California court has denied a benzene defendant's request for an order requiring the plaintiffs to comply with the final products list, saying the two parties should meet to discuss any alleged deficiencies. Charles, et al. v. Gans Ink & Supply Co., et al., No. BC326572 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The April 6 order issued by the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County asked the plaintiffs to meet with Huck's Press Service Inc. to discuss the 'deficiencies which defendants believe exist in Plaintiffs' Final Products List.'
