JACKSON, Miss. -- Plaintiffs disputing jurisdiction in a Mississippi benzene action filed a motion on April 3 asking the court to reconsider their efforts to remand the claims, pointing to five other cases in which federal courts granted motions to remand asserting 'identical' arguments as in the instant case.
