LOS ANGELES -- Claims asserting benzene exposure on behalf of a former printer have been dismissed, according to a California court docket. Charles, et al. v. Gans Ink Supply Co., et al., No. BC326572 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
In a Sept. 6 filing in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the plaintiffs asked the court clerk to dismiss the 'entire action of all parties and all causes of action' with prejudice. No reason was given for the dismissal.
