LOS ANGELES -- An ink supplier named in a benzene lawsuit has moved for summary judgment, claiming that the decedent in the lawsuit did not perform duties that would have exposed him to the defendant's product. Charles, et al. v. Gans Ink & Supply Co., et al., No. BC326572 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
Kramer Ink Co. filed the motion for summary judgment on March 8 in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County.
