DES MOINES, Iowa -- Benzene plaintiffs have filed a motion for a protective order against Ashland Inc., claiming the company has not yet cooperated with discovery requests. Mielke, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 05-88 (S.D. Iowa).
In the Jan. 5 motion for a protective order filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, the plaintiffs claim they have yet to be notified of which corporate representatives will be designated for deposition.
