Missouri Defendants Seek Relief from State High Court

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Defendants who were recently denied review by an intermediate appellate court have filed a writ in the Missouri Supreme Court, asking the high court to review a trial court decision denying summary judgment. BP Corp. North America Inc., et al. v. The Honorable Marco A. Roldan, 16th Judicial Circuit, No n/a (Mo. Sup. Ct.).

Sources said the Missouri Supreme Court has yet to respond to the writ.
