BEAUMONT, Texas -- A new complaint asserts that certain defendants deleted information from studies and reports in an effort to conceal the dangers of exposure to benzene. Koger, et al. v. Ashburn Industries, et al., No. 05-00839 (E.D. Texas).
The complaint was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Dec. 12.
Plaintiffs Larry and Kim Koger contend that Larry Koger's work at Paint Lines in maintenance and research and development for approximately eight years exposed him to benzene, causing an undisclosed illness.
