LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Plaintiffs in an Arkansas benzene case who recently defended two of their medical causation experts against motions to exclude have reached settlements with all the remaining defendants, according to a recent case docket entry. Johnese, et al. v. Ameron International Corp., et al., No. 06-01632 (E.D. Ark.).
On May 12, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas entered a text entry stating that the "plaintiffs have advised the Court that they have resolved their claims as to all Defendants in this case."
