LOS ANGELES -- A plaintiff who contended her acute myelogenous leukemia was caused by exposure to several chemicals, including benzene, has reached a settlement with the remaining defendants, sources told HarrisMartin. Espinoza v. Does, No. BC322590 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

The settlement occurred shortly after several in limine motions were filed by the plaintiff in the Los Angeles County Superior Court in anticipation of the scheduled July 30 trial.
