New Complaints Emerge in Wake of $13.3 Million Benzene Verdict

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two new benzene complaints have been filed by residents of the same Missouri community as another benzene plaintiff who was recently awarded $13.3 in compensatory damages based on his allegations that a neighboring oil refinery had contaminated groundwater with benzene.
