MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The claims of a former press operator who alleges exposure to benzene caused his acute myeloid leukemia were removed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota on Oct. 13. Keller, et al. v. Ashland, Inc. et al., No. 05-02403 (D. Minn.).

Robert and Gloria Keller claim in their Sept. 12 lawsuit filed in the Ramsey County, Minn., District Court that Robert's work as a printer and press operator for more than 20 years exposed him to benzene-containing products, causing his AML.
