DALLAS -- Scheduling orders have been entered in two lawsuits in which the plaintiffs allege that their leukemia was caused by exposure to benzene-containing products. Palmer, et al. v. Safety-Kleen Systems, et al., No. 05-1422 (N.D. Texas); Riley v. A.W. Chesterton Co., et al., No. 05-00668 (N.D. N.Y.).

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas entered a scheduling order in Palmer on Sept. 9, placing the case on track for trial in November 2006.
