Del. Parties Name Corporate Witnesses, Schedule Depositions

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Defendants in the Delaware coordinated benzene docket have complied with a judge's order to produce corporate witnesses and dates on which depositions of these witnesses can take place. In Re: Benzene Litigation, No. 06C-BEN-1 (Del. Super. Ct., New Castle Cty.).

In a Nov. 14 teleconference hearing before Discovery Commissioner David White of the Superior Court for New Castle County, parties agreed that information regarding the designated corporate witnesses for Shell, Chevron and Marathon Oil has been exchanged.
