PHILADELPHIA -- Plaintiffs alleging exposure to the benzene-containing products Liquid Wrench and Klean Strip have had their claims removed to federal court. Farley v. Radiator Specialty, et al., No. 05-05059 (E.D. Pa.).
Radiator Specialty removed the lawsuit to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Sept. 22, contending that its products are regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and are, therefore, subject to the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.
