LOS ANGELES -- A benzene plaintiff has asked the court overseeing his claims to compel his former employer to produce readable documents relating to products shipped on the railroad cars the plaintiff worked on. O'Neill v. Union Pacific Railroad Co., et al., No. BC319682 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
In an Aug. 26 motion filed in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, plaintiff Donald O'Neill asked the court to issue an order compelling Union Pacific Railroad to produce a computer database in a usable format.
