LOS ANGELES -- Chemcental has filed a reply brief in support of summary judgment in a benzene case, arguing that the plaintiff still has failed to sufficiently prove that harmful exposure to a Chemcentral product occurred. Loyola, et al. v. Union Oil Co., et al., No. BC280498 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
In its June 10 reply filed in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County, Chemcentral also opposes the evidence offered by the plaintiffs as 'inadmissible expert opinions.'
