Court Enforces Order Dismissing Several Defendants without Prejudice

JACKSON, Miss. -- A Mississippi circuit court has granted several benzene defendants' motions to dismiss claims asserted against them, simultaneously denying the plaintiffs' motion for relief from an order relating to the dismissals.
