SAN FRANCISCO –– Co-Lead Counsel in the Roundup multidistrict litigation docket seeking to establish a hold-back percentage have filed a notice of supplemental authority, directing the court to sections in which the 3M Combat Arms Earplug MDL judge ordered “substantially the same scope as PTO 12 and imposes penalties for counsel who unsuccessfully object.”
