Plaintiffs in Chemical Exposure Lawsuit Oppose DuPont’s Objections to Recommendation Allowing Testimony to Proceed

BUFFALO, N.Y. –– Plaintiffs with claims pending in a chemical exposure lawsuit have opposed DuPont’s objections to a report and recommendation rejecting challenges to causation expert testimony, saying the arguments presented in the objection are the same ones found in the defendants’ original briefings.

In a March 24 opposition brief filed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the plaintiffs said that DuPont’s objections “are insufficient to require this Court to engage in a de novo review of the Magistrate’s work.”
