C-8 MDL Court Consolidates 2 Cases for Trial in January 2020 Setting

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– The federal court overseeing the national multidistrict litigation docket for C-8 water contamination personal injury claims has vacated a November trial setting, instead rescheduling the January setting as a consolidated trial.

According to Pretrial Order No. 51-A, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio scheduled both the Swartz and Abbott trials for January 21, 2020.

The final pretrial conferences will be held on Jan. 6 and Jan. 15, according to the notice.
