Plaintiffs File Brief Supporting Efforts to Obtain Sanctions in C-8 Water Contamination Cases

COLUMBUS, Ohio –– Calling their motion for sanctions “straightforward,” plaintiffs with claims pending in the C-8 water contamination have filed a reply brief supporting their original position that DuPont continued with a deposition in violation of court orders.

In the Oct. 8 reply brief filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the plaintiffs said the sanctions “include the ability to strike an affidavit and prevent a party from using it –– or the ability to strike a deposition transcripts as if it never happened.”
