PITTSBURGH — The plaintiff in an aromatic hydrocarbon exposure lawsuit has asked a Pennsylvania court to compel defendant Deluxe Financial Services Inc. to provide more specific answers to her discovery, arguing that the defendant’s responses are insufficient.

In an Aug. 28 motion filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, the plaintiff further contends that the defendant’s answers hamper her ability to investigate and present her case.

Evelyn J. Hamilton asserted the claims on behalf of Joel W. Hamilton, contending that the decedent was exposed to aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated-hydrocarbon-containing chemicals and products used in the printing process. …
