TACOMA, Wash. –– A Washington judge has allowed the plaintiffs in a benzene jet fuel exposure case to file an amended complaint, in which they changed the identity of defendant Valero Energy Co. to Valero Marketing & Supply Co.

In an Aug. 27 order, Judge Richard J. Creatura of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington said the plaintiffs must file their amended pleading by Sept. 6.
