BUFFALO, N.Y. –– Parties in an ortho-toluidine exposure action have exchanged briefing regarding the deposition of the plaintiff, with the defendants maintaining that the plaintiffs have failed to show that they are entitled to a protective order in the proceedings.

In a Jan. 29 reply brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the defendants accused the plaintiffs of reframing the underlying issue.
