Parties in Utah Benzene Exposure Suit Stipulate to Dismissal of CML Case

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah –– Parties remaining in a benzene exposure lawsuit have stipulated to the dismissal of the case without prejudice, just months after the court refused to toss expert testimony proffered on behalf of the plaintiff.

According to the Dec. 26 filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, plaintiff Clayton Leo Thompson and defendants Kinder Morgan Altamont, LLC, Kinder Morgan Inc., and El Paso Midstream Group Inc. stipulated that “all of plaintiff’s claims against Defendants are dismissed with prejudice.”

In a Dec. 26 docket entry, the civil case was terminated.
