Settlement Conference in Benzene CLL Suit Scheduled for March

CHICAGO –– A settlement conference scheduled to take place this month in a benzene exposure suit has been continued to March at the request of the parties, with a status hearing to take place in its stead, according to a recent court document.

According to the Jan. 17 docket entry, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois will hold a status conference for the case on Jan. 22, while a settlement conference is now scheduled for March 12.
